How to Remove Make1 Studio via Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account with Make1 Studio and wish to revoke access and trigger an automated Data Deletion Callback:
- Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- In the left sidebar, select Apps and Websites to view all external services authorized on your account.
- Locate Make1 Studio (or Make1) in your list of active applications.
- Click the Remove button next to the app.
- In the confirmation dialog, check the option allowing Facebook to send a deletion request to Make1 Studio, then click Remove.
- Facebook will trigger our automated server callback URL, which immediately purges your cached access tokens, profile handles, and page metadata, providing you with a confirmation tracking code.
Self-Service Disconnection Inside Make1 Studio Dashboard
You can instantly disconnect any social channel or CMS connection directly from your workspace settings:
- Log in to your Make1 Studio workspace and navigate to Dashboard → Social Accounts or Dashboard → Integrations.
- Locate the connected service (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow).
- Click Manage / Disconnect and confirm the prompt.
- Our system instantly deletes the stored OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and webhook secrets from our active database.
Requesting Permanent Account & Workspace Erasure
To request complete, irrevocable deletion of your user profile, uploaded brand assets, scraped website intelligence catalogs, generated creative banners, and SEO blog articles:
Send an email to ping@make1.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address registered with your Make1 Studio account.
Purging Scraped Catalog & AI Prompt Data
If you wish to remove your store's scraped catalog items, product descriptions, or AI generation history while keeping your primary account active:
- Navigate to your Brand Kit / Catalog Settings inside the Studio Dashboard and click Clear Catalog Cache.
- Navigate to AI Creatives → Project History to selectively or bulk-delete generated ad sets and inpainting revisions.
Upon executing an account erasure request, all uploaded media files, AI prompts, and generated graphics stored on Amazon S3 will be irrevocably deleted. In compliance with applicable tax, financial reporting, and accounting regulations, past subscription invoices and payment transaction IDs processed through Razorpay will be preserved for the statutory retention period required by law.
